Enrollment in and payment of deposit constitutes your acceptance of the “Fine Print” of the form. Burning Ones is the tour operator and is soley responsible for the travel program. Burning Ones reserves the right to refuse or revoke travel at any point up to and including the date of departure to anyone who is, in the sole judgment of Burning Ones, incapable of group travel without causing undue demands upon the staff or other tour participants. Burning Ones reserves the right to refuse or revoke travel, at any point up to and including the date of departure, to anyone who, in the sole judgment of Burning Ones, lacks a qualifying pastoral recommendation. In the event that Burning Ones must refuse or revoke travel, any and all payments made including deposits will be refunded to the registrant. Except where otherwise stated, Burning Ones acts only as an agent for the relevant supplier in securing hotels, transportation, and other travel services and in no event shall Burning Ones be liable for failure by any such supplier to render any transportation, lodging or other travel service to be provided on the tour.
The passenger agrees that Burning Ones assumes no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. Burning Ones does not own or operate any of the suppliers of services to your tour. Similarly, without limiting the foregoing, passenger agrees to hold Burning Ones harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any Act of God or for any other act of any third party.
Burning Ones does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules, hotel over-bookings or other hotel related problems or other causes. All such losses or expenses will be the responsibility of the passenger. The right is reserved to make adjustments to the itinerary as deemed desirable to Burning Ones and the right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure. Burning Ones may not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during the tour program. Enrollment in, payment of deposit and/or acceptance of final documents, vouchers, or tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the Program Conditions and Statement of Responsibility. Prices are based on tariffs in effect as of January 1 of the previous year and are subject to adjustment without notice in the event of any change or currency fluctuation.
It is agreed by and between the passenger and Burning Ones that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, or in connection with or incident to the responsibilities of Burning Ones shall be litigated in and before a court located in the State of Florida, USA to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country. Florida law will be applicable to any dispute which arises out of/or concerns form or your tour.
In the event that you cancel from this tour, cancellation penalties will apply as outlined in the tour form.

All prices quoted are subject to change prior to payment in full due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge increases, government taxes and fees increases or unforeseen circumstances. In addition, you may be subject to a price increase after payment in full has been received due to potential government imposed taxes and fees.
By submitting this on-line registration, I/We certify that I have read the “Fine Print” of the form, understand its content, and agree to its terms including but not limited to the potential for price increases that may apply before payment in full has been received as set forth in the “Fine Print” of the form and potential price increases after payment in full has been received due to government imposed taxes and fees. 
FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT: Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. Because many of the sites are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needing wheelchairs, oxygen, or other ambulatory assistance will find the tour extremely limiting in their experiences.
